Dry ice pelletizer machine

The PE series dry ice machine is a fully automatic dry ice pellet making machine.The production output is 180 kg/h for the single-head model and 360 kg/h for the double-head model. By changing the dry ice molds, the dry ice pelletizer can produce high-density Φ3mm or Φ16mm/Φ18mm dry ice pellets. Φ3mm dry ice pellets are commonly used as raw material for the industrial dry ice cleaning, while Φ16mm/Φ18mm dry ice pellets are used for cold-chain logistics and fog effects in catering and entertainment.

2. The hydraulic actuators adopt Japanese-brand products, high reliable; operation and control are managed via a PLC and a color graphical touchscreen, simple and easy to use.
3. The dry ice generator and hydraulic cylinder feature a vertical layout; compared to horizontal extrusion design, it eliminates issues such as frictional wear caused by piston gravity and cylinder scoring during the horizontal movement of the cylinder barrel, thereby significantly extending the service life of the dry ice machine.
4. The exhaust gas from dry ice production is used to cool the hydraulic oil within the hydraulic oil tank; this allows for a small oil tank design, and can maintain the oil temperature between 40℃ and 50℃ without external cooling water.
5. The oil pump is an energy-efficient model from a Taiwanese brand; it reduces motor power consumption, thereby saving both fuel and electricity.
6. Dry ice pellets of different specifications can be produced by changing the dry ice molds.
