Liquid nitrogen dosing machine

The liquid nitrogen dosing machine is an ultra-efficient nitrogen dosing system designed for low-speed or high-speed production lines. The LN2 injector uses austenitic stainless steel and advanced vacuum insulation technology to provide reliable, trouble-free operation. The LN2 dropper precisely injects liquid nitrogen into each container. The injected liquid nitrogen then vaporizes to create internal pressure, achieving Pressurization and Deoxygenation purpose.

It is primarily used for pressurization and deoxygenation of bottled liquids or solids, such as edible oil, beverages, juice, milk, mineral water, potato chips, milk powder, dried fruits, nuts and cereals.
